I doubt it, considering he was last transferred to Pilgrim...

"The highly publicized crime repulsed people throughout the Hudson Valley, and its aftershocks were felt on Long Island years later, after Mr. Fentress was transferred to a state hospital in Kings Park in Suffolk County in 1985. He had been confined to a more secure hospital, the Mid-Hudson Psychiatric Center in Orange County and, according to Mr. Darrow, he was transferred after doctors decided that he was not dangerous.

After an unsubstantiated report that he was seen wandering the streets nearby, neighbors formed a human chain around the Kings Park hospital in protest. Mr. Fentress was moved to Pilgrim State when the Kings Park hospital closed in 1996."

funny story actually when i was in high school on several occasions my buddies and i had to evade security by opening a window and belaying down 2-3 stories of fire hose to escape. back in 2000-2003 the rickety old vans would chase anyone off the campus day or night and the fire marshall seemed to show up at 7 quite often for a peek in the windows.
some may see the comment posted below by an "albert fentress" for those not living in the united states and those living in the u.s. in a closet for the past 20 years. good ole albert was a school teacher who murdered and ate the testicles of his students. lets hope for everyones sake that this joker isnt really albert!
