What a gorgeous ceiling. It looks so unaffected by time and the elements compared to everything else.

Actually I think the darkness of the film is from the technique of the tech taking the films. I'm more curious about the white round space on the top of a couple of the pictures. Seems to be on the lower part of the lung and may represent a pneumonia or air under the diaphragm.

I find it funny that the pillows were on the last few beds. No mattresses, but they left the pillows. Make sense??

The side profile of the lady is especially well done. Check out the muscles
in the neck area. Thanks for including this picture

I think the print is a reproduction of a Giotto's painting.

The paper on the floor must be a magazine; Escape is a parfum by Calvin Klein, so it looks like an AD

auto guy - even with modern meds you'd be surprised how strong some people can be. I am still amazed after all these years at how strong some people can be when they are angry or come in on street meds. And adrenaline is a great booster as well.

Plus there are no handles for the person in the room. I wonder what the outside of the doors looked like as far as handles, knobs, etc.

There's a room that was repurposed at the facility where I work. They put enclosed sound booths in it for testing hearing, but they didn't fill the entire room. The back wall is full of old testing materials that I enjoy browsing through when I can get past the spiders, cockroaches, and mice. It includes an old Rorschach and I believe also some original TATs (Thematic Apperception Test) as well - also some old Binets (not TOO old or they would have been collected for our museum) and some original first edition Wechslers. You never know what people leave behind - it's bizarre, given how much a testing kit costs. However, once they are outdated when a new version comes out there is absolutely nothing you can do with them except cry about how much money you put into them.
