It looks like a hippo to me
I'd like to have this in my garden to scare away the demon squirrels!!
It also gives it a more evil look
I can't help but wonder what happened that shut this place down? I seems like it would have been a cool weekend destination for families with kids.
This one reminds me of Dino of The Flintstones fame for some reason.

I remember seeing these in the late 70's or early 80's. My Aunt and Uncle lived in Apple Valley and my Grandmother lived in Hesperia. Took trips to visit them in the summer when I was a kid. Thanks for posting them!!!
