I believe the owners are pretty diligent and serious. I'd guess that he was found and relocated when the property started being rehabilitated.

@ freespirit76 - My first school was in an OLD building that had steam radiators in the gym. Frankly they seemed to be turned on and off at random, and I have memories of leaning against one thinking "aw they can't be on today" and promptly getting scorched on my butt, leg, hand, or all three.
