I would LOVE to meet you Mr. Motts! You did a follow up on the Sterling Hotel in Wilkes-Barre PA, which is only aobut 25 minutes from me! Thank you so much for posting that! That old lady will sure be missed once she is knocked down...she is in bad shape though. :(
