Funny comment Micki :-). It is true, the textures and light effects of the rust, the light, the bars and the peeling paint is quite amazing.

The texture of the paint peeling on the ceiling is in wonderful detail.

That would be for maintenance access to the mechanical door system and possibly an emergency open mechanism.
