Anyone in there knows where the organizations to get help are. This may sound crazy, but a lot of "homeless" make their own choice and prefer that lifestyle. Sure, there's some that need treatment for a mental disability or substance abuse, but that's not all of them. A good professional panhandler can make more in a day than many people who work their butts off.

I'm still guessing this was a catwalk for the screws as there is no cell doors. It put them on the same height across from the cells, and the screws there could carry guns and not risk having the prisoners being able to grab them.

The worst places found out right away that they needed to cage the tiers in to stop all that falling "debris" that kept "accidentally falling off". :oD
