Talk about modern prisons not having cages like this one ! Well then u havnt seen baghram or GITMO prisons. I'd suggest u run a google search for Gitmo and see the prison cells there. One of the reason they dont let much of the media to go in. Only that place isnt dramatically rusted or haunted caz its inhibited by prisoners.

this is an eye sore and the tax payers should have it torn down it would create jobs and clean up the area. The polititions spend more on a conference tha it would take to demolish this cesspool.
It is so sad may of the squatter and homeless are mentally ill or they wouldnt resort to living in these horrible conditions.
Rob P: That sounds reasonable. The bricks in the back/inside wall are the same size as the bricks on the front. If this was a wall further back in the cell, the bricks would appear larger. I looked up "standing cell", and this looks like one.

So he put up a curtain in front of his "apartment"....some privacy, I guess.
When Zapfrog and I went through the factory (where I fell) we went in through a back entrance, stepping on a large board to get in. There were several "apartments" in there as well. Including a house and power cord brought in through a window. Well, on the way out, there was a HUGE....ummm.....human excrement....left on the board we walked on going in. I pointed that out, and said, maybe they are telling us something.....like STAY OUT! O_o
