some talk on local, Staunton Va., news today 4/10/15, about this magnificent structure being scheduled for the wrecking ball. The other mental hospital in Staunton was remodeled and converted into high end housing units.
Now just WHAT IS the little square hole in the wall? For soap?
Had no idea it is even possible to paint tile.

Commenting on an old thread, I know; but this building is very close to a major interstate and a fairly large town. It would be extremely difficult to vandalize it without getting caught.
