I actually kind of like that blue Freespirit, I think it makes it look more like a mansion than an institution. It's beats an institutional white any day.

I understand your sentiment Carol, however I'd like to mention that there was no breaking in. The buildings were quite accessible. Breaking and Entering is a felony, and something I do not partake in.

I'd be more upset about these historic buildings being carelessly unsecured, rather than the act of trespassing. There are many people who would do a lot more than just take photos, and to leave a treasure like this so accessible to thieves and vandals seems sad to me.
wow very sad. I wonder if this fellow has any ancestors?
nice!
Nurse Ratchet lining folks up and making observations
this is such a amazing shot. !
oh wow!!! that is fabulous!
i love that sink.. very nice.
that is wow beautiful.. love stair case.
IF you had asked the project manager, you would have been given PERMISSION to take pictures and been given FACTS about the history and current status, which is NOT to tear it down. Instead, you trespassed. You are a very good photographer and your pictures are very nice, but seems you cannot read "NO TRESPASSING." Just have to wonder about folks who feel they have the right to go on and into private property. You probably had to break in to some of these buildings. Sad. These pics could be so appreciate had you just asked and been given legal permission to be there. IF you are truly interested in this building, the project manager will be glad to answer your questions. BTW, trespassers caught can be arrested and charged. Do it right. Get permission. You are clearly talented so use your brain.
Wow! I wonder if this was the inspiration for the stair case in American Horror Story?
