It also just closed due to the whole de-institutilonalization era, where state-run psychiatric hospitals and centers, were closed in order to really save the state money and few were left open. Many residents were sent to group homes or smaller living centers.

Oh God it is going to be developed where is it so i can pay a visit?
i have recently seen that and it doesnt look like that and i think it was knocked over, some kids go there to make destruction.
there is a building behind the factory it is kinda small and it has all the files of patient information i actually have taken some of those papers before says like everything about them if they have frequent seizures and if they have teeth missing its kinda creepy knowing that there is still alot of these people there in spirit.
yehh that furnace room is 10 times freakier in the dark.
yehh umm thats most likely paintballs and i have been to letchworth so many times i live not too far from it and most people go there to play paintball i always go at night and i had an encounter with the cops and they said that there are supposingly missing bodies still inside and probably in the morgue so be careful there is also underground tunnels to all the buildings i been in them it is pretty small though and sorta dangerous.

That ammunition is called Simuntions FX marking cartidges, and they are available to police. They are used in real guns (with converted parts), for training purposes. These are so small you barely feel them. We shot these inside a Sheriff's conference room, at each other with only eye protection.
