The hooks bring to mind a Seinfeld episode...

"are you terribly fussy about your pants?"
"why?"
"I have a radical idea.."

"we install a series of hooks! Pants, shirts, pajamas, everything! We could fit 85 hooks in here!"

Eww, reminds me of the fluoride soak I'd have to have in my mouth for 1 minute when I was a kid at the dentist-bad if I ended up getting the grape flavor! Whatever stuff they used for my retainer impression 11 years ago did not taste especially good...and somehow it wasn't right the first time they tried it so I was stuck there while they did it again. Fortunately, now all I have to have stuck in my mouth are the things for x-rays. Yay, no flavor!

It was a hospital for people with developmental disabilities, not a psychiatric hospital.

As I wrtie this, I am in the library of Fieldstone Secondary School. This library was a building on the Letchworth Village campus. It was rebfurbished along with many of the other buildings. As "Hi" previously said, it is very scary to know that your school used to be an inasne asylum!!

I've been there now a total of 5 times now and this past Saturday was my best visit by far. I caught alot of evidence on my digital recorder. I'm not just talking about some banging here and there (which we did hear) but actual voices talking. One of our friends quite a few times thought she was hearing things but i didn't hear anything....not until I got home and listened to all of the 2hrs I recorded....I thought that was the last time I was visiting but because it turned out to be the visit with the most evidence, I'm sure I'll be going back again...soon =] This place is definitely haunted.
