Thats an old Hammond C-3 Organ. It's worth money. It probably weighs 300 pounds though.

It's just the fabric used to mold the plaster. Moulage I think is the proper term.
Inlay. Marquetry. Simple, but nice.

These are just plaster casts from molds. They really have very little monetary worth. But the destruction is hard to look at.
