Ehhhh......you win some, you lose some! Asylum or not, history is history. Respectable or not, it is something we strongly learn from. At least this generation is less ignorent than our Grand Parents, to even our Great Grandparents time. Back then when it was easy and accepted to turn their backs away and live in self decadence and indulgence. then also put the blame on others quickly.

Is it a clinic? It looks more like an atrium judging by the low glass ceilings.

I'm sure it has been placed there for oily rags that were problably stored there at one time. Since oily rags can combust real easily alone.
