I imagine that this place could be used again, it does not look terribly abused.

Marvelous!

This is more than elementary art on the wall. The display is mid-century automation and process control technology and part of the analog controls on the control panel in the foreground. Integrated with the brew equipment and sensors, etc, it helped them monitor and control their manufacturing process, lighting up tempeature and pressure alarms on the display, open and closed valves, etc - showing the operators the status of their batches. Brewing beer involves pretty sophisticated chemical processes.Changing something on the control panel would result in a change on the production line, and cause a change in the graphical display of their process on the wall. Today, in a modern brewery, this is displayed on a computer monitor.
I Love This Place!!! Imagine all the Great Beer and good times created hear!

As a maintenance guy in an unrelated industrial facility, I get a great laugh out of the inclusion of standard Allen-Bradley flush head push buttons in the control panel over in a "metric" country.
