Yep these hallways are very wide...

This place has it's fair share of vandalisim, but it's not too bad (yet).

The Beatles' White Album.

An obscure reference for all the "old" people here. :-)

If SOMEONE had gotten here when this gallery first opened and had been paying attention, they would have seen that it initially said "blaring." Up and into your room right now, young lady! >:-(

And no dinner. >:-(

And no TV, neither, you sassy whippersnapper! >:-(

Motts, how EVER are we going to keep our child in line if you don't step in and smack her around every now and then? :-(

OK, so how is everyone going to interpret this one? ;-)

I like the fact that it is so dark at the bottom - you can almost pretend it leads even further down into a basement.

Well, yes, now that you mention it I DID feel fairly romantic when I first saw this picture. :-)

Glad you mentioned the red light or there would be orb-hunters here. ;-)

Golly! I ain't never seen one like that! How about you, anna? I would love that for our museum. Unfortunately, they sold off almost all our old equipment and furniture. I know everyone is amazed when they see hospitals full of old equipment, but it would sure be nice to have access to some of that old stuff. Much of it is outdated fairly quickly, so unless you have a large auction you often end up with buildings full of that stuff. For some strange reason, no one rushes in to buy urine-soaked beds or couches that have been sat on by hundreds and hundreds of people for day after day, year after year.

The contrast with the brick walls is superb.

Oh man! Is that excellent or what? Wouldn't you love to come across something like that? (salivating at the thought)

More specific info about autopsies - don't look if you are squeamish, even though it is mostly the "bare bones" workings (ha ha):

It looks so sterile and clean everywhere on the pics.. No tags or anything? Amazing if the place is in the shape like seen in these pics...
