I think the line is from a fire hose that someone trailed thru the building and at a later date someone has pickd it up. I would say it was there for awhile going by the amount of debris around it. Great pics!!

If you look in the rubble there are some pieces that look like the same squares of white tile that were on the walls of the old picture. Still hard to say for sure.
