Actually, the ladder leaning against the wall leads to a ladder bolted to the wall. THAT ladder leads to a *half* floor with some kind of giant turbine on it. The room is roofless but the second floor is sturdy enough if you're careful.

I could go into the reasons for going to places like Byberry and hanging out in there..... but you just wouldn't understand.
