I'm assuming those bottles were awaiting being filled and given to the patients in the out-patient program that was once run by the hospital. But then again, what the hell do I know. I do know that there is a room there with thousands of keys and a key-cutter where they used to cut their own keys for all the doors in the hospital.
Here is an interesting bit of info about NSH...Connecticut's most recently executed inmate, Michael Ross, who was a rapist and serial killer, back when he was at large, snatched one of his victims, a local girl nearby and took her onto the hospital grounds, in the woods behind the baseball diamond and raped and killed her and left her body there. Creepy...
hey i is me agian ok i really do and they are making it an amusment park but not yet there are reallly not shure my twon has to vote on it and then it may go through but the town needs the monney for skools and other crap so well i would hate to see it go and what some people wrote about some of it well first the need to see if for them self and i see ifever day and i am now in 9th grade it closed when i was in kindergaredn and i can reamber going there and singing to the people there it was creppy and i have 2 of the chiars that were ones in the hospital and i have a desk to i have it in my room ok well it really pisses me off when ppl try to hurt what history leaves behind i have been looking at pictures for the last 4 or 5 years of this place and there are some pretty nice pictures MOTTS is there a way you can emial me at Nikkict13@yahoo.com thanks
Great shot! Gives you a good idea of the grandeur of this hospital. There is a beautiful large bronze plaque on the floor right to the left just out of view in this shot commemorating the opening of the hospital.
Hipolytha: bacteria grows best in warm moist places, I believe that Mr. Motts had stated that Candace about froze doing these shoots, so not likely she is going to catch anything 8-)
