This room evokes many different thoughts and emotions. What a great shot! I captures all the beauty and deparavity that is this room. It also captures a sense of sadness at it's decline.

How long has this place actually been abandoned? It appears much worse for wear. Maybe that awful English weather has beaten it down. This shot is an excellent reminder of Mother Nature's power.

And to think, many people that patronized the theater in its better days probably didn't even notice these beautiful details.

How sad to see a beautiful hotel turn to decay. I had a cousin who worked there in the 50's to the70's he worked in the dinning room . I would go up to the Pines and the Concord hotel many times . It was so beautiful up in the Catskill Mountains back than. How very sad it is that people can no longer enjoy.
Oh and buy the way my cousin's name was Don Brower.
