The handwriting is consistent throughout the note (compare the word "you" in all three lines, for example), and doesn't appear to be frantic as one might expect from someone who is legitimately in trouble.

that is a interesting one I have never seen one with a pump to lift the tub.

the wonderful smoking room I was in the hospital and the all the people that I knew smoked and the windows did not open the smoke eatter thing on the ceilings DO NOT WORK the room was blue almost needed an o2 mask because I don't some.

Most of the door are locked with keys in prisons it's power the only one's that woulld be locked are offices med rooms and simular rooms and the patients in quiet room.

I agree with Deb, it does look awesome.

They didn't forget to take the sinks, someone came and stole the copper piping underneath. For those of you who have been through that place, recall that most of the plumbing fixtures were torn out and seemingly abandoned.
