yehh umm thats most likely paintballs and i have been to letchworth so many times i live not too far from it and most people go there to play paintball i always go at night and i had an encounter with the cops and they said that there are supposingly missing bodies still inside and probably in the morgue so be careful there is also underground tunnels to all the buildings i been in them it is pretty small though and sorta dangerous.
