Tony Fedele was a man who owned this entire comlex from 1979-1986. He removed many original artifacts and destroyed some parts of the building. He couldn't afford the place so they kicked him out.

From derelict places choked with mildew and mold, the great leaders of the Communist Party planned and carried out the building of the future of China. After 1927, Chiang Kei Shek's Nationalists practically drove the Communists into hiding. From Yunan, they waged a counterattack, first defeating the Japanese imperialists, then defeating the Nationalists, and winning the hearts and minds of the Chinese people. The war is a story of endurance, and this picture brought many reminders of the headquarters of the Red Army during the war years.
