Great shot, I love the way you can vaguely see into the room on the right.
Just by looking at the arches you would know it was a German building. I spent 3 years in Germany and was intrigued by the architecture over there.

I love old operating suites, the tile is awesome. Really goes to show that tile was most likely a lot cleaner than what we use today, even after all these years and being abandoned, it still looks clean!
