the fact that the paint on the door used to clearly say "keep door closed" and then they put a sign over it, makes me think that the door looked like that while the place was still in use... horrible

they look like city hall/court house bathrooms crica 1930.... especially the tile base of the wall...

the metal grate on the floor looks like some sort of radiator cover, i think this place is old enough to have those old visible radiators

i like the simplicity of the handle... it has no latch, so the only possible way to keep the door closed is to completely lock it... it doesn't look like it can be locked from the outside, which is strange because one would think that the staff would want to keep renegade patients out of their bathroom (or even simply keep the door closed), and it must be a staff restroom because i doubt that patients would ever have any control over any type of a lock.

was the glass frosted or is it really dirty?
