It looks like it would be glass, considering that it is placed between wood beams, and given that if it were metal, simplicity would've led to it being between more metal.

Maybe this was such mistake as I mentioned in the last picture.

Surely if something was to go wrong with a patient who had no immediate family, this would be the best place to cover up the mistake?

I think most urban explorers live by the 'Take nothing but photos, Leave nothing but footprints' I know I do.

Going on the decay at the bottom of the doors, they must have been in that position for a long time.

The whole floor looks to be covered in a thick layer of dirt.

Speaking of marked, this location look surprisingly free of graffiti and vandalism.

I think that ladder is part of a bed frame, was that a blind covering the window at the end of the hall?

While still decaying and peeling, this room looks to be remarkably cleaner than most of the others.
