I think once someone is institutionalized in a prison for a number of years, then life on "the outside" may be something that they would never get used to. I don't know what the stats are for people returning, but I'm sure they would be shocking!

I suppose if one had a TV it wouldn't be TOO bad, but I notice there aren't even any outlets to plug anything in. I guess if you had something with a power cord, you could probably hang yourself. Prison life must SUCK.

Whats wrong? Dont you ppl. recognize the Penthouse Suite... Complete with private facilities and an goodie cabinet....A little cramped but you could do your business without being watched by passerby.

I can see ppl. pacing these grounds... looking up at that tower...seeing the guard with a gun waiting to pick you off with one bad move.

Andy, you are right.!! I was at Fort Sill for Artillery School when I was in the Marines.

Head on far end.... so you can breathe... Phew! The Smell alone would make me think twice about being good and getting out of there!
