Good one, AD Nilsen. The plant looks awfully close to the water (which of course it would be, but this shot makes it look as if you're almost IN the water).

Why are all those plywood panels hinged at the top, you usually don't see that, as openings are usually solidly closed up. And most of these are open, too.
