The soaring arches in this church are amazing. Such a shame to see what happens in unheated, untended buildings.

It's amazing how much detail used to go into things that nobody was ever going to see.

So majestic. Anyone who entered this room must have been awe-struck. One couldn't help but speak in hushed tones while standing here. Give me goose bumps.

Spectacular architecture. The craftsmanship seen here is a lost art. Houses of worship today tend to strive for "mega-church" status with emphasis on tacky showmanship. This cathedral is large yet warm & inviting with it's stained glass and carved arches. It's a shame it's abandoned and unused.
