I can almost see commuters rushing through this area to get to whereever they are going...to catch a train, perhaps, or go to a meeting in the city after getting OFF the train...Awesome!

I agree with the rest. I can't imagine putting in those bricks on the upper part of that celing...Sheesh. It makes me dizzy just thinking about it.

I like the alternating colors on the "windows"...Very art deco.

Lovely high arched ceilings! This will be so beautiful restored. Like the design in the bottom of the box on the floor...looks like a spider web.

What a great blast from the past! To the buses you go in through the left, and to the trains you enter in through the right. I can just see this place filled with people buying their tickets and rushing around to meet their mode of transportation :)

I'm so glad this is being restored. So many magnificent buildings are demolished. This is a national treasure. Simply jaw dropping.
