Christmas ............. certainly not today what it was originally designated for....it is far too commercialized. Kind of a dangerous place to explore, especially at night. But thanks for another great gallery. Happy New Year.
I love the southern desert scene. that water lines made in the first vat
saying "do not" makes me want to!
Power plants fascinate me!
It looks like a watercolor painting -
You must live for adrenaline rushes just going by some of the places you have been!!
So industrial!
I love the three stars around the top of the smokestack. Cool.
Love the colors and ambiance in this, gorgeous!
I agree with you Mr. Motts about Christmas. My beef, well at least one of them, is that they start things way too early. We shouldn't be hearing Christmas music in November, or even October!! It seems as soon as Halloween is over, the stores are putting out Christmas stuff. When I was growing up, the Christmas "season" didn't start until after Thanksgiving. Personally, I think they should go back to that. Less time = more excitement. Anticipation, you know. They start things so early that by the time Christmas actually does arrive you're sick to death of it and want to kill the next person that says Merry Christmas to you!! Not to mention it's way to commercialized and lost the real meaning of the holiday. By the way, thanks for the new gallery!
My guess: The bottom of a tank designed to hold some sort of (non molten) liquid, water perhaps. The slope of the base probably leads to a drain in the center.

Perfect Our very existence made possible by this place and it being replaced by a vice machine instead.
