right Lady Alice, that scp had brought me to this site an to the old Gaebler facility also.

I would LOVE to talk with the patients who lived there about there experiences at this place, but it seems they dont visit this page anymore.
So sad this gorgeous old building had to go. Good thing we have Motts to preserve beautiful places like this for us! Thanks Motts and keep 'em coming!
LOVE the dormer windows too! Too bad this is now gone but they let it get too far gone to have saved it when these pics were taken. I would have loved to take a tour through this place!

Went by there today. One next to the shore line has slide off the barge.
Something about old fireplaces intrigue me. Love this shot!
Not a very welcoming entrance
I also immediately noticed the "dinosaur" on the left wall, although his neck is a big on the jagged side, lol
Wouldn't be too smart to walk through that with a old, wooden floor underneath.
You're right about that Motts. Believe me quite a bit goes on in these places, night and day, but then don't get me started, lol
Pretty barren room here
So is that what those type of windows are called? Dormer windows. Either way I LOVE them! Must have been cold as heck up there.
Too bad they couldn't have saved this and made something out of it before it got in this condition. I love buildings that have those windows jutting out of the roof. Just something about those I love!
Man that's creepy looking. LOVE old buildings like this. Too bad it's gone now
