you think being isolated, staring out a window, is torture? at Pennhurst, they STILL have old home movies on old-fashoined movie reels that show people being tortured, for real. they shocked them with wires for lights, cut them with glass, ect. The only way u can see whats on them is by looking at the reel's "tape".

yes, there is still electricity in SOME buildings. when i was in one of the wards, there was a light on in a room that still had a gurney in it.
