You could probably make it along the right edge, but it's not the smartest thing to do, especially when you can just take the basement to the other side. The floor was in bad shape but it wasn't very soft... probably just rotted where it meets the wall.

Yes the table extended past the glass, the arched hole was also made of marble and did not move.

It wouldn't be ECT or radiology with so much water based equipment in the room (bathtub, basin, drains in floor, etc).
