Me and a bunch of my friends went to letchworth last night, we were looking for the old boys side which we heard was haunted, sadly we couldn't make heads or tails of which building was which... if anyone has information that could help us it would be much apprecited... u can e-mail me at sducky22@gmail.com thanx
I'm pretty sure I was here when I was very young. My dad took us to visit my cousin who was recovering from heroin addiction. Can you see it from Rt. 476?
By the way Motts, your work is amazing.
it's prety creepy in there at night sinse u cant see anything the back is crowded with beds and wheel chairs so go in from the side and also there is allways a cop car out front so find a path on the side woods and there is plenty of them
my mom's dad's dad (so my great grandfather) was there for 36 years and was never written about in any medical reports i've seen (and i do keep track: 4,346 so far) and there are no dates of birth or death on his headstone in the memorial graveyard. an autopsy was performed, and he died of starvation and cancerous growths were found by his cerebellum inhibiting his motor regulations and speech. (record #2097500989)
all the original buildings are stiil there (more or less) but this is not a place i like to be at when it's dark... although i have gotten so caught up in research that i've been there all night reading reports and taking notes...
i've seen quite a few beds in the complex, and all of them have that welcoming "come take a load off while ii drive this nail into your spine" kind of feeling to them... don't you think motts?
