I've met a number of homeless inside abandonments in some very bad neighborhoods, they have all been relatively nice and even talkative. Spare a few bucks and be courteous in their home if you want to avoid problems.

Thiells isn't exactly an inner city, I've never seen or heard of homeless inside either...
