Interesting door fixture. Can't tell from this angle, but it looks more like the ones we used to use on time out room doors than were used on seclusion room doors (due to the contrasting amounts of time someone would be in one).

The logo is so clear that you wonder if this had been a spare article of state-issued clothing that had never actually been given out. In some of the places I have worked the huge industrial strength washers and dryers faded out everything but the stains fairly quickly.
