I was thinking the same thing about the carpeting. They must have installed if just before the place closed like they were going to reuse this building for something else. Was this building torn down too?

Institutional showers are pleasant compared to these. They have tiles in yellow and green, better than the cement in here. Some even have shower curtains, not too bad!
