lol, Guliver. It never ceases to make me feel a little better when some of you sweethearts start joking around! Thank you.
Seems goats do a pretty even job of cropping the grass.

I agree LucieLou, I'd like to curl up in one of those windows too. Thank goodness we really don't have to fight for which one. They both have the same view. ;D
This shot makes me a little claustrophobic tho. Anyone else?

I notice the one arched window opens to the inside. The architecht was ahead of his time. And those columns! mmmmbeautiful!

This shot make me nearly speechless. The lovely green near my feet, the spruce just yonder and then a sad abandoning fog blocking my view. Motts, did you check out the shrine??

You weren't kidding when you named this particular site "High Altitude." The ceilings are so high you'd have to aclimate to the lack of oxygen up there! :o ) No soap dispensers so far, too bad.

What were the views like from the windows, Motts? As lovely as they seem in my imagination?

I'd take those brown bookcases out and slip in a day bed under that sky light. Then a child could see the stars at night.
Motts, I certaainly hope your room was better decorated than this one. Did you notice the gray face on the wall from the chipping paint? Looks great. . .almost as if it were painted.
