No radioactive isotope in x-ray machines, only x-ray tube (non radioactive) . . . . . listen to me . . . I'm a radiologist, I know what I'm talking about.

That machine looks like a Transworld . . . it was made in the late 80's.

There is no radioactive material in x-ray machines.
It is an x-ray tube (artificial radiation generator).

I'll explain some of the components without telling you the actual use of said apparatus:
The black outside structure: It's a pneumatic antivibration table. The round shiny metal covered with polymer would ''ride'' on pistons that would dampen any vibration from the floor of the environment (Made by Harvard Apparatus Canada).
The big off white container inside: It's a dewar container (like a thermos in your lunch box) that would hold liquid air or liquid nitrogen or liquid helium. That type of container would slow down the evaporation of your liquifed gas by insulation from the inside heat.
Rectagular panel with knobs: These are for controlling the flow and pressure of the gas. On the right side there's 2 ball gas regulators for precise adjustment of low flow and 9 rounded knobs which are needle valve regulators (for crude adjustments).
The 220v cable: I don't think that cable belong to this apparatus, it seems like a connector box at the end of the cable.
Small grey twin cable with connector at the front: These are cables for temperature reading using thermistors.
Outside material: Used to absorb mechanical energy, i.e., high and mid noise from the environment.

Porter Bucky invented that. It is a lead grid which absorbs soft x-rays. It is moved quickly up and down when you press that button.

The machine had been dismantled. It hasn't got an x-ray tube. It is only the table.

There is no radioactive material in these generators. There's only an x-ray tube which doesn't contain radioactive material.

Me and my friends went out there last nite at midnight in the cold and it was so much fun. We knew where the morgue was but had a little trouble finding it. When we did i lay on the bottom right slab and we took pictures. Had load of fun.

Thas for lifting the engine into the bay of the designated vehicle. Shame, it's been waiting all these years but it'll never happen.
