This shot makes me feel claustrophobic. I literally had to gasp for breath a little. I can't imagine being so closed in, with nothing to do except stare at those four desolate walls.

is this the building next to the limerick building? when i was there i never saw a sign.

i found a few books when i was there ... not sure if theyre from the same building... they were just thrown in some bushes outside one of the buildings... but there was a book full of piano music and a childrens book about submarines. i was contamplating taking one home, but it just felt wrong so i put it back where i found it. very interesting though.

how do you get to this building???

i have been to pennhurst twice in the past three months and i could only find around 7 of the buildings and they were all the ones that were near the veterans hospital. does anyone know how to get to the rest of them?? any info could help a lot!!! thanks.
