Some more recent visitor has scratched out B.P. and way to the left of it has written in Qualudes, which I think are some sort of tranquilizer used by drug addicts (and others). I think, I'm not sure.

Yech! Looks like a pile of hair, etc. that was gathered by a chipmunk or squirrel to be a nest, but they usually don't nest right in the middle of the floor (which is where I assume this is?).

Fabulously lined up shot, Mr. Motts. Great! As Butterfly says, lots of weird angles.

Yes they do look narrow don't they? Someone has taken the metal door handles and plates, too.

A new gallery - made my day. Thanks for the historical photos, they add more dimension to the history and to your recent photos. They certainly had austere beds - iron and very thin, with very thin looking mattresses. What a shame these lovely stone buildings have to go to waste.

Great gallery Mr. Motts, and the panorama is a fantastic idea and great to look at. I agree with you, TootUncommon. How sad that in the USA these buildings are still standing in ruin. (Of course, the whole event was horrific, seen on TV here in Canada of people dying in the streets and arenas and being left there covered in blankets, of people with no food, etc.)

Another great gallery, thanks Mr. Motts. Your lovely photos do justice and honour to the dead. The one with the glass and the roses is just beautiful, and your closeup shot of the roses is wonderful. Thanks for showing this to us.

Welcome, The Non. Well said, TootUncommon. We are fans of Mr. Motts and can't get enough of his photos. I check every day to see if there is anything new, and to read comments from the regulars. Thanks again for a great gallery. Do you ever come to Canada? Perhaps you could find some sites to photograph here?

Great angle for this shot, low on the floor. The contrast between the focussed cards and the unfocussed background is great. I agree with the others, seems to be cards about bullying behaviour.

Great colours and great lighting. Were there photos on the board on the wall on the left, above the power plug? Or 8 x 11 inch drawings?

Great shot with the red and blue, and the chair turned toward the dark hall. Even the "v" piece of falling ceiling trim adds a great detail to the photo.

Fabulous shot, especially with the bar of light coming out onto the wall. Great.
