as with most smoke stacks, you can see the lightning rings at the top most part to redirect the lethal current away from destroying the tower

im loling at the fact that right above the showers are fire extinguishing heads. crap, why have that there when all you have to do is just turn on all the showers?? that or have a big enough 3 to 4 foot pool and just get your bath that way.

some jails/prisons guards would kick you around or whatever until you did if you refused to get a shower.

i noticed that one of the lights was on in the building, im sure if you messed with some of the light switches, you can restore power to the entire place!

i agree with B, there is a video on youtube with a guy pointing out that the tower its self is atleast 200 feet high and if it comes down, anyone under it can be crushed, including cars and the small forestry behind the road. they need to bring in a wrecking ball and bring it down so it cannot possibly hurt anyone.

Motts, those wheels and valves controlled the PSI and water flow for the high powered steam generators and turbines that generated the thoustands to millions of watts needed to power the power plant its self and the entire hospital. its sad to see vandals go in there and tear up everything as well as destroy vital documents in order to run the systems. im sure there was enough materials left to activate the generators and atleast make the power plant live again.
