Probaby cold in europe if there is only one tap on the sink it is normally a cold one but who knows - could go either way - and you're right AvalonSeeker no Soap Dspenser we haven't seen one for a while - perhaps Motts is saving them all up for a Soap Dispensers around the world gallery!
