I headed straight to the top floor to assess the surroundings of Building A, used to treat adults afflicted with TB.

The structure had two large wings extending out on either side of the main entrance, as if the building was ready to embrace those arriving at the hospital. All around the sides were terraces with decorative iron railings, used for open-air treatments. A police cruiser was parked under a shady tree nearby, but remained in place while we were there.
