That roof looks like slate and may be the reason for some of the holes. Once that slate tile gives way there's nothing to keep it from falling off, it's so heavy. A friend of mine had a slate roof and it was a bitch. We were always up there replacing slate pieces that had fallen.

There are a lot of dummies out there without heads. Let me rephrase that. :) Some dummies that were made for clothes display never had heads and this may be the case. Could be a seamstresses dummy. As for the stained glass, that's a shame that it is just sitting there rotting away. I'm sure there are many people, myself included, that would be glad to pay for that to be able to have it in our homes.
