Maybe the black and red tile color combination had something to do with the Nazification period of Germany during WWII? They liked to use that color combination a lot elsewhere and since this hospital is in Berlin it would stand to reason they may have gone through and redecorated the place with their favored color scheme. Just a thought/idea.

I've explored a ton of abandoned places and this is the only place I've ever gotten into any type of trouble. - was greeted with a park policeman w/ a gun when we left the building - - - to be fair, once he lost the whole gun pointed at us thing he was doing, he was quite nice and probably someone I'd have actually liked a lot had I met him in different circumstances. I'm told if the actual police catch you they're quite a bit harder on you, not sure if it's true. (kinda doubt it)



interesting place, not worth it. There are neater places without the hassle

a lot has changed, though there is still talk that the school is still haunted by the people who suffered and died, and numerous accounts of unexplainable events that occurred to people.
specially in the 5S where a little girl was kidnaped from her home and killed and buried next to the 5S building by an patient .
The 3S building was the morgue, they left the under ground unchanged, wheres there are lots of interconnecting chambers under the school where classes take part every day and the body storage freezer is also down there but I think they removed it now.

I have walked the entire span. Quite a place to be in not knowing what may be ahead in the darkness. Also, beware of the open manholes!
